First-order
Task automation
AI already writes code, drafts documents and analyses data faster than a junior professional. The entry-level tasks graduates used to learn on are the first to go.
Preparing students for the AI era
Day 1 is onboarding.
AI is taking over the work junior engineers used to learn on. Techvisk researches which skills still matter, trains students in them, and supplies companies with engineers who can own real work from the start.
The problem
Students graduating this decade enter a job market that current curricula were not designed for. The change is already here, and it arrives in three waves.
First-order
AI already writes code, drafts documents and analyses data faster than a junior professional. The entry-level tasks graduates used to learn on are the first to go.
Second-order
One engineer with AI now covers what a small team did. Companies hire fewer people and expect more from each of them, from the first week.
Third-order
When AI can pass the exam, the degree stops proving competence. Employers look for demonstrated judgement and real project output instead.
The question we work on
What should an engineer be able to do when AI can do the junior tasks?
Nobody has the full answer yet, and we do not claim to. Techvisk exists to keep working on it, and to act on what we find while it still matters to the students in front of us.
What Techvisk does
Three parts of one loop. Each one feeds the next.
We study what AI can and cannot do in real engineering work, and track how hiring is changing because of it.
Read the research02We turn those findings into a programme. Students build real systems in teams and defend them in reviews.
See the programme03We place the engineers we have trained with companies that need people who can own work from day 2.
Hire from TechviskWhat we train
College covers the fundamentals, and they still matter. We train what comes after them: the four capabilities that decide whether someone can be trusted with a real system.
Design the system before anyone, human or AI, writes it.
Know the business the software exists to serve.
Decide what is right, including when AI says otherwise.
Carry the work from problem to production and stay accountable for it.
